3XN is a Danish architectural firm founded in 1986 in Aarhus by architects Kim Herforth Nielsen, Lars Frank Nielsen, and Hans Peter Svendler Nielsen. The name "3XN" reflects the three founding Nielsens. The building is 3XN’s second significant residential development on Toronto's waterfront, located right next to the firm’s first North American project; Aquabella. The unique aspects of the site constraints have been the primary driver behind the building design, massing, and terraces strategy. The building is positioned to be a good neighbour to the surrounding, respecting its views and sightlines.
II BY IV DESIGN is an internationally recognized, Toronto-based interior design firm renowned for its expertise in creating luxurious and innovative spaces across residential, hospitality, and retail sectors. In the Aqualuna project, the firm's design concept draws inspiration from the surrounding topography and landscape, with the hypnotic movement of waves visually translated throughout the building, paying homage to its waterfront setting.
